MOVE WITH WOMEN (MWW)
Move with Women is designed to help you enjoy a more active and healthy life regardless of your fitness levels. All you need is 60 minutes. Connect with a small group of women in a fun and non- judgemental environment while enjoying the benefits of exercise!
The aim of the program is to:
Promote social inclusion and a sense of belonging to all communities
Connect with like minded people in a fun, friendly and safe setting
Education on health and wellbeing topics (ie: sleep, nutrition and mindfulness)
This program is facilitated by an Australian Government Initiative "Driving Social Inclusion through Sport and Physical Activity"".
