** Prior to entry to classes, you must attend a pre-screening appointment with our Exercise Physiologists. This gives us an opportunity to take any relevant medical history, see how your body is moving & work with you one on one with our equipment, so you can feel confident in classes!

To book a class, click on the 'Book Now' button and click on either of our Exercise Physiologists to see which of the classes they will be conducting and at what time.  If you can't see the class at the time that you wish, try looking at the other Exercise Physiologist.

Pregnancy is a time where your body is going through a lot of changes, cardiovascular, hormonal and musculoskeletal. You may feel a bit unbalanced, and your pelvic floor is required to do more work. At Inspire Exercise Physiology, all of these changes are taken into consideration for our exercise prescription, help maintain fitness throughout your pregnancy, manage aches and pains, keep optimal baby positioning and keep you strong for when baby arrives.

Pregnancy Strength

Our Semi-Private Pilates classes have a specific focus on helping manage pain, recover from injury or surgery, and return to pain free function. These classes allow our Exercise Physiologists to keep a closer eye on you, with only 4 per class. Suitable for any stage of rehabilitation.

Semi-Private Pilates

Max. 6 ppl.

Strength is so important for Mums, keeping up with their ever-growing little ones! This class will teach you how to return to exercise and keep you moving safely. With a focus strengthening your core and how to safely lift. Lifting safely will include strength movements like squats, deadlifts and upper body strength, whilst protecting your pelvic floor. Baby & children friendly, these classes are suitable for women with children.

Post Natal Rebuild

Max. 8 ppl.

Our Strong Bones and Balance classes are for those who are proactive in avoiding losing bone mineral density, those who have been diagnosed with osteopenia, osteoporosis, early onset menopause or struggling with balance. Class are suitable for all ages and runs for 45mins, and alternates between upper and lower body focus, with lifting techniques and core stability. Get strong, safely!

Strong Bones and Balance (SBB)

Max. 8 ppl.

Our Pilates classes are a great workout, with a focus on strength, conditioning and core activation! These classes are fast paced & challenging, a great progression for those who have finished rehabilitation but want to keep moving - or those who want to add Pilates in as an adjunct therapy whilst completing Exercise Physiology appointments.
