Below is a description of the classes we offer at Inspire Exercise Physiology!

To book a class, click on the 'Book Now' button and click on either of our AEP's to see which of the classes they will be conducting and at what time.  If you can't see the class at the time that you wish, try looking at the other AEP.

If you have any questions or would like some more information, please contact us!

Prior to entry to classes, you may be required to attend a pre-screening appointment with one of our AEP's. This gives us an opportunity to take any relevant medical history, see how your body is moving & work with you one on one with our equipment, so you can feel confident in classes!

Bod Squad

A great workout, with a focus on strength, conditioning and core activation!

 

These classes are fast paced & challenging, a great progression for those who have finished rehabilitation but want to keep moving - or those who want to add a little ‘something extra’ in as an adjunct therapy.

Pilates Progressive

Max. 6 ppl.

Awaiting the arrival of your precious bundle of joy?

 

Prenatal exercise is low-impact exercise and can help reduce back aches, constipation and swelling and may be used to prevent or treat gestational diabetes.

 

Our classes increase your energy, improve mood and posture and help you sleep better. Regular exercise during pregnancy helps you cope with the physical demands of labour and makes it easier for you to bounce back when the package is delivered!

Pregnancy Strength

Max. 4 ppl.

For anyone who would like to safely increase their flexibility and range of motion. 

 

You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building muscle and balance needed to enjoy your developing flexibility.

Stretch & Release

Max. 4-8 ppl.

Classes have a specific focus on helping manage pain, recover from injury or surgery, and return to pain free function.

 

These classes are mat-work based and allow our AEP’s a closer eye on you while you master exercises and techniques.

Pilates Gentle

Max. 6 ppl.

Mum’s and Bubs welcome!

 

Come along with your mini-me to restore muscle strength and firm up your body. These classes deliver postpartum exercise following normal or complicated pregnancy.

 

Our experts safely get you active and confident, with the added bonus that exercise boosts energy, promotes better sleep and can help prevent post-partum depression.

Postpartum Rebuild

Max. 6 ppl.

Another sprained ankle?!

 

Sports participation promotes the physical and emotional well-being of children and encourages a lifelong habit of exercise. However, athletic participation can lead to injury as young athletes are still growing and have less time to repair (walk, don’t run!).

 

These classes strengthen growing muscles and bones to improve motor control patterns, co-ordination and to reduce the likelihood of injury.

Sporty Kids

Max. 8 ppl.

Physical activity can reduce the physical decline associated with ageing and may help reduce the risk of bone loss and osteoporosis.

 

Exercise has been shown to help maintain independence and reduces risk of disease in addition to increasing muscle mass, strength and endurance.

 

Exercise is for all ages, and this class delivers enjoyable exercise that is safe, targets balance and strength and caters to all fitness levels.
