We use software that allows you to be able to chat with us in real time, just like a normal consultation. With this platform, we are able to prescribe exercise, perform objective tests and assessments to keep you progressing. Just like we would in a face-to-face consultation.
We believe exercise prescription and chronic care should be accessible to all, which is why we're excited to offer telehealth to both our existing clients and to new clients who are isolated, plus we can now chat with the wider community of Australia. Distance is no longer a barrier to accessing services! Our telehealth consults will deliver the same premium and brilliant service as our face-to-face appointments.
What to expect?
Just like our face-to-face appointments, your initial consultation will include a review of your concerns and medical history to help us understand how to best help you.
Is telehealth claimable on compensable services?
Yes - our Telehealth services are eligible for Medicare, DVA and some Private Health rebates.
How do I pay for telehealth appointments?
At the conclusion of our consultation, an invoice will be emailed and you can pay over the phone, direct deposit or via online portal Halaxy.
